The client’s vision was a full home renovation that would breathe new life into their 1970s house. Their goal: a sleek, modern transformation—so that stepping inside would feel like walking into a brand-new build. Tankersley Construction brought that vision to life with a full drywall reskim, new hardwood flooring, updated stair railings, and modern lighting throughout.
The transformation included all-new kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, a reimagined kitchen layout with new appliances and a walk-in pantry, as well as refreshed built-ins in the dining room and office. A complete primary bathroom makeover, including a reconfigured closet for improved storage and flow, delivered the bright, contemporary atmosphere the clients had hoped for.
