Heather has always worked for Tankersley Construction, however she joined full time in 2019 as the Vice President of Operations. Prior to her current role, Heather managed complex electrical projects for some of the largest electrical contractors in the United States.
Jenn P
Office Manager
Jennifer was born and raised in the Midwest and was transported to California in her late teens. She comes to us with over 3 decades of both Commercial and Residential Construction experience from her family owned and operated Residential Construction Company to working for some largest Commercial Contractors. She ensures that everything runs smoothly in our office. This includes everything from keeping us all organized to marketing and making sure our client experience is one we are all proud of. Jennifer and her husband enjoy entertaining friends and family when their schedules permit and are always up for playdate with one of the Grandbabies.

Project Manager
Jennae has worked in real estate for over 15 years. Jennae and Steve met while Jennae was building her own custom home as owner-builder. Steve was so impressed with Jennae's organization, knowledge, and management of her project he asked if she would join TCI as a Project Manager. Jennae lives in Loomis, CA and is known to be a sucker for any candy - the sweeter the better.

Field Manager
Tyler has over a decade of detailed finish carpentry experience on high-end projects throughout the Sacramento region. Tyler prides himself in his high level of detail and attention, and isn't afraid of a challenge. In fact, we tell our designers that if they can draw it, Tyler can build it!
Jimmy D
Superintendent
With over 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Jimmy brings deep knowledge and leadership to every project. Before joining Tankersley Construction, he ran his own successful construction company and collaborated on several Tankersley projects as a trusted trade partner. Now a full-time Superintendent on our team, Jimmy’s expertise and attention to detail help keep jobs running smoothly and on schedule. He lives in Folsom, CA, where he raised his family, and spends his weekends riding Harley Davidsons and enjoying the open road.
Garrette A
Carpenter
Prior to working in construction, Garrette worked in the restaurant industry where refined his ability to work under pressure and serving our clients with a high standard of hospitality. Garrette brings several years of carpentry experience to the TCI team.
Carole J
Controller
Carole brings over thirty years of accounting experience to Tankersley Construction. When not in the office, Carole can be found enjoying the outdoors, running, cooking, and spending time with her five grandchildren.
